Your legal guarantee

Goods must correspond to the description and be fit for their normal purpose. Under Dutch and EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years, and that right exists regardless of anything written here. Nothing on this site limits it.

What that covers

A hinge that fails in normal use, a lens that delaminates, a frame that cracks where it was not dropped. Tell us what happened and send a photograph; we repair or replace, and the return cost is ours.

What it does not cover

Scratches from ordinary wear, a frame sat on, a lens cleaned with something abrasive. We will still sell you the replacement part rather than a new pair.

Parts, for years

Lenses, cases and cloths can be ordered on their own. That is the point of buying something once: when one part goes, you replace that part.

If a measurement is wrong

The certificate in your box is the measurement of your own batch. If it differs from the figure published on this site, the paper is right and the page is wrong. Email us and we will correct the page.
