Where we ship

Every country in the European Union. One internal market, one VAT scheme, and a return that costs less than the product. We do not ship outside the EU: the duties, the paperwork and the return cost would land on you, and there is no version of that we are willing to sell.

Cost

A flat 6.95 euro to every address in the European Union, and free above 75 euro. The same rate to Maastricht and to Lisbon. It is not what those two parcels cost us — one is cheaper and one is dearer — but a single number you can check beats a table you have to look yourself up in.

The price you see on a product page is the price you pay, plus that one shipping line. Nothing is added at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Netherlands: the next working day. Belgium: one to two. Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark, France and Austria: two to three. The rest of Western and Central Europe: three to five. Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Finland, the Baltic states and the islands: five to eight.

Those are the carrier's figures, not a promise we invented. If a parcel is late we will chase it for you; email us with the order number.

VAT

All prices include VAT. Where we are required to charge the VAT rate of your own country rather than the Dutch rate, the price on the page is still the price you pay — we absorb the difference rather than showing you one number and charging another.

Packaging

Unbleached cardboard, paper tape, paper fill. No plastic and no bubble wrap. Glass goes in a second box.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves. If it never arrived, email joep@origostandard.com with your order number.
