In plain language
The honest one. This lens reflects blue rather than absorbing it, which is why the glass carries a faint violet sheen when the light catches it. It changes very little about how you see — and it also does the least.
We would rather say that plainly than sell you a number. The evidence that a near-clear lens reduces eye strain at a screen is weak; large reviews do not find a convincing effect. What this lens does is measurable, and it is on this page. What it does for your eyes, we leave to you.
