Prices

All prices include VAT and are shown in euro. Shipping is added separately and shown before you pay.

Where we show a reduced price next to a previous one, the previous price is the lowest price we charged in the thirty days before the reduction, as required by EU price indication rules. We do not print a struck-through price that was never charged.

The contract

A contract exists once we confirm your order by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable we tell you and refund in full; we will not substitute something else and hope you like it.

Conformity and guarantee

Goods must correspond to the description and be fit for their normal purpose. Under Dutch and EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years, and that right exists regardless of anything written here. Nothing on this site limits it.

What we publish

Every figure on this site is one of two things, and the page always says which. A measured value carries the standard it was tested against, the laboratory, and the date. A specification is what we ordered the product to, and has not yet come back from a laboratory. We make no claims about health outcomes, and we will not, in an email, on a product page or in an advertisement.

Right of withdrawal

Fourteen days, no reason needed. The full text is in our returns policy.

Age

You must be at least eighteen to order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

Complaints go to joep@origostandard.com and are answered within five working days. If we cannot resolve it together, the European Consumer Centre in your country mediates cross-border consumer disputes inside the EU free of charge. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not.
