The measurements
The number nobody gives you.
Every blue light lens on the market carries a percentage. Almost none of them say which wavelengths that percentage covers. A lens that blocks 90% between 415 and 455 nanometres and a lens that blocks 90% across the whole spectrum are completely different objects, sold with the same number.
Blue reduction, 380–500 nm
How much of the blue band the lens keeps out. This is the flattering figure, and it is the one every brand prints.
Light transmission (Tv)
How much of all visible light gets through. This is the price you pay for the first number, and it is the figure most brands leave out.
The curve
Neither number tells you the shape. A lens can average well and still leave a gap. So we publish the full transmission curve, 380 to 780 nanometres, measured by an independent laboratory.
Your batch, not a sample
Glass varies between production runs. The certificate in your box is the measurement of the batch your lenses came from, with the batch number on it. If it differs from what is on this page, the paper is right and the page is wrong — tell us and we will correct the page.

What we leave to you
We do not say our glasses improve your sleep, protect your eyes or reduce fatigue. Some of that has decent evidence behind it, some has almost none, and none of it is something we can prove about you.
What we can prove is what the lens does to light. That is what we publish.
