Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists. If you have a complaint, email us first — it is faster than any procedure and we would rather fix it.

If that does not resolve it, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country, which mediates cross-border consumer disputes inside the EU free of charge. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not.
